Hey, just noticed today that heavy elec have falloff 4k, heavy ion have 7.2k and heavy neutron have 5.6k. Just thought id point it out :)

I agree with those that object to the requirement for lvl5 skills... it takes at least a month to train for inty (unless you have uber stats/implants) same goes for other things that need skills at lvl5 to use.. I would much prefer that they neede...

MAYBE YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE UBER CAP RELAY OF DOOM FOR VERY LITTLE CPU/SLOT INVESTMENT. The way they are atm (only cheating shield tanks) is really lame and completely biased against them.. Again. I've yet to see a good reason...

actually EMP ammo has the 3rd highest damage to armor (at base resistance), and the highest damage to shields of all projectile ammo... it a mix of EM (20) kinetic(8) and explosive(16).

Why not just use heavy cap neutralizers.. take out 500 odd cap every 24 seconds.. Certainly alot more than the nos do. Since you guns are all capless unless your battling against a proj weilder it seems you would be set to win.
